I run a mobile personal training business, where I have innovative and versatile training equipment which enables me to visit your home or place of work. I can also meet you for an outdoor session at a local park or sports field, or help keep you motivated on those long lonely runs. I can also train you at certain gyms in the area.

My areas of expertise include:

Fat Loss and weight management
    Together we can start to lose body fat through a mixture of cardio vascular and
    resistance style training. With a vast range of training styles and equipment the  
    workouts will be fun, productive and enjoyable

 

Improved fitness, health and wellbeing
    After a few sessions you will see the benefits of both sessions that I guide you   
    through and the weekly plan that I can provide you with

 
Exercise prescription for older adults
    As we get older we may become more at risk to certain things such as coronary     heart disease, increased blood pressure, brittle bones and obesity. With an  
    individualised exercise programme we can address these concerns and keep
    you fighting fit
Event specific training
    Whether you’re after a programme for your first 10k run, an increase in muscle    
    mass for rugby, increased speed for football, greater agility during tennis
    matches, or gain more endurance for a boxing contest…I can give you sport   
    specific training guidance and plan individualised programmes to suit your   
    requirements
Nutritional advice
    During our sessions I can answer any queries you may have regarding nutritional  
    requirements for both good health and pre and post sporting situations. I will
    also be available to contact via phone call, text or email
Diet diary analysis
    I can analyse a week long diet diary and produce a written report with   
    feedback and recommendations for improving your diet and lifestyle
