Price Details & Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is free of charge and gives you the opportunity to ask some more questions. This gives us both a chance to meet and get to know one another. We can then begin to formulate some personal goals and targets for us to aim and train towards. Once we have decided on an appropriate action plan, you can then decide which package is best for you.

 

The following shows a breakdown of the prices & packages that I offer:  
1 hour session = £25.00
45 minute session = £17.50
Diet diary analysis with written feedback and recommendations = £40.00

Block Bookings

5 session block booking for 1 hour sessions = £115.00
10 session block booking for 1 hour sessions = £200.00
20 session block booking for 1 hour sessions = £350
If you decide to purchase a block booking you will also receive a weekly training programme for extra guidance away from our personal sessions. I will also provide you with nutritional and lifestyle tips, as well as the advantage of constant contact via phone call, text or email.
Taster Sessions
Buy a taster session for £15.00. This will give you a feel for how a personal trainer
    can help you achieve your goals and provide you with an innovative and
    exciting training session to get you started.
Bring a Friend!

Yourself plus one friend = £17.50 per session each

Yourself plus two friends = £12.50 per session each
