My Role
As your personal trainer my service
encompasses a number of roles. I aim to provide you with a holistic
approach to your exercise training through individualised sessions
whilst also advising you about your health, nutrition and lifestyle.
There are numerous benefits that my personal
training can provide you with:

benefits which include an increase in physical fitness,
increased energy levels, decreased resting heart
rate, decreased risk of
coronary heart disease and hypertension and also a
decreased risk of
obesity and diabetes. |

improvement in mood and
overall wellbeing, decreased stress and anxiety
levels and a more
positive outlook on life. Increased self confidence
and self esteem.
Regular exercise can also help to relax and improve
sleep patterns.
