My Role

As your personal trainer my service encompasses a number of roles. I aim to provide you with a holistic approach to your exercise training through individualised sessions whilst also advising you about your health, nutrition and lifestyle.

There are numerous benefits that my personal training can provide you with:

Physiological benefits which include an increase in physical fitness,
    increased energy levels, decreased resting heart rate, decreased risk of
    coronary heart disease and hypertension and also a decreased risk of
    obesity and diabetes.
 

Psychological benefits which include an improvement in mood and
    overall wellbeing, decreased stress and anxiety levels and a more
    positive outlook on life. Increased self confidence and self esteem.
    Regular exercise can also help to relax and improve sleep patterns.

 
 
My Responsibilities
Provide advice on fitness, health, lifestyle and general wellbeing
Personalise training programmes based on your goals
Instruct an interesting training session every time we meet
Design you an interesting weekly programme for when we are not together
Constantly challenge and improve you
Motivate and push you towards reaching your goals
Lend support and advice when and where you need it
Advise on healthy eating and alternative choices
