About Me

My name is Luke Gray. I myself have a huge interest in sport and exercise. I play rugby, football and cricket seasonally, and also follow athletics, boxing, tennis and weight lifting.

Whatever your interests and goals, my passion, knowledge and enthusiasm can help you achieve them.

I have studied extensively to offer the best possible service to my clients:

3 year Sport and Exercise Science degree
Premier international training gym instructor award
Premier international training personal trainer award
Level 3 advanced instructor on Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS)

A main concern with many people is boredom; I am a keen believer in variety when it comes to prescribing exercise. Through using a wide range of equipment and techniques everyone can then enjoy exercise and the benefits that it brings. A varied range of equipment and exercises used will also help to increase motivation and focus, which will only help to enhance the end results.

I believe that through hard work, determination, commitment and enjoyment we can achieve the results that you desire.

 

Equipment that I use

 

Dumbbells for both strength and conditioning work
Resistance bands for strength and improving muscular tone
Stability ball for core strength and flexibility work, also to improve balance
    and co-ordination
Boxing gloves and pads for a cardio blast and stress reliever
Medicine balls for conditioning and strength work
An adjustable bench to enable a huge variety of exercises
Markers and ladders to work on speed, agility and quickness
Step for leg work and cardio
I will also make use of local parks and sports fields for a complete workout
